Shawna Maleski makes no guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the Services provided. Maleski does not assume, and you hereby release and discharge Maleski from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage.

By agreeing to receive or attend any psychic mediumship reading, psychic service, message, information, reading, or support of any kind (the “Services”)from Shawna Maleski, The Prairie Psychic Medium, and/or Shawna Maleski, you understand that the Services provided are for entertainment only.

You agree by attending this event, either in person, that these are public events, and your appearance and actions at the event are public, and you have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

Once you enter an event, you understand and agree that Shawna Maleski and event partners may film, photograph, record, or capture footage of you in any media format in an event recording. By entering the event premises for an event, you give your consent to be photographed or filmed at the event.

Usage may also include advertising, TV, promotion, social media, marketing, activities, and other productions related to Shawna Maleski, which may be modified or edited. Please know that you agree not to receive any compensation, royalties, or payment other than the opportunity to attend.

Unfortunately, cell phones, cameras, and recording devices are prohibited at any event. Recording, filming, publishing, or reproducing any event by you (whether online, in print, digital tangible media or in person) is strictly prohibited. All rights to any event recordings are exclusive to SM.

As the ticket purchaser, it is your responsibility to let everyone know. You are bound to these terms and conditions if you want to attend any event on a purchased ticket. We reserve the right to refuse services or admission or remove persons from the event.
