Step into a serene space of love, connection, and healing! Through the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Release stagnant energy, open your heart to new possibilities, and align with the rhythm of harmony and renewal. This is your chance to expand your heart and embrace the healing frequencies of soothing sound!

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where attendees are “bathed” in sound waves. The sound waves are produced by various healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, the human voice itself, & more. The sound waves don't necessarily have a catchy melody or rhythm like you may have experienced at a concert or listening to the radio but, instead, they are a carefully selected wash of instrument and voice with notable resonance and overtones aiming to help ease listeners into relaxation and help balance their energy.

Time: 10:30am to 12:30pm - Please plan to arrive up to 15 minutes early to get settled in.

Regular Price: $35+tax

Location: Offered in Nepean (Ottawa) close to the intersection of Greenbank/Huntclub. The exact address will be provided after booking.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, small pillow, blanket, eye mask, and please wear comfortable clothing.

Two couch spots will be available for anyone less mobile and unable to lay on the floor.

I am so glad you found this event. My name is Clare and I am the founder of Ottawa Community Energy Healing!

OCEH is a healing space where ALL are welcome.

Everyone’s income is different and I recognize the need for energy healing services to be affordable & accessible. I aim to open the door wider so that more people can not only begin but also continue their healing journey.

I will officially be opening up a clinic in Spring 2024 followed by beginning to offer events & workshops in the fall.

For treatments & services, I will be using a sliding scale payment system based on before-tax household income in lieu of the more traditional set fee per session structure. I believe that every human deserves to be surrounded by love and support for healing regardless of financial or other difficult circumstances.

In the meantime... I will be offering a smal number of exclusive events and services before officially launching in the spring and I invite you to join me. I look forward to meeting you soon ❤️
