Helena Crevar, a rising star in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, will be hosting a Gi seminar at Flash Academy Martial Arts on May 3rd at 10:30 AM. The seminar will be 1.5 hours long. This seminar is a unique opportunity to learn high-level techniques from one of the sport’s top competitors.
