Meet clinical herbalist Zhyfhs Millicent, learn more about herbal medicine, local plants, ways to improve your well-being, and more. No particular agenda or topics - we will see how the conversation unfolds or attendees split off into other conversations etc. Feel free to bring your questions!

- Chair or picnic blanket or something to sit on

Facilitated by clinical herbalist Zhyfhs Millicent, who is a Registered Herbalist with the Ontario Herbalists Association and graduate of Dominion Herbal College’s 4-year Clinical Herbal Therapy program. She is passionate about sharing information about herbal medicine as well as empowering people with knowledge to improve their health & well-being. Currently she offers herbal medicine workshops, plant walks, and one-on-one consultations with custom-formulated herbal remedies (tinctures, teas, powders, etc.).
