Join us for an introductory adventure into the world of avalanche safety, where Sun Peaks Ski Patrol experts will guide you through the ins and outs of beacon usage. You’ll “rescue” buried prizes from Helly Hansen while learning essential techniques for backcountry preparedness.
Recommended for adventurers who are new to avalanche safety or who have never used a beacon, this event is perfect for anyone looking to brush up on their skills and connect with like-minded individuals.
This event is free to attend, but with limited spots and high demand, we kindly ask that you register only if you plan to join us. If your plans change, please cancel your registration to allow someone on the waitlist to take your place.
