Food and beverage companies will improve their knowledge about high acid hot fill processing and packaging during this workshop. Participate online or in person to learn why the method is effective for different food products and what is required to scale-up production. Participants will also learn about food safety considerations and business development resources to support retail sales. In-person participants also have the option to register through Eventbrite for a 20-minute, one-on-one consultation with a food scientist to review their jarred product in the afternoon.

Where do I park?

Upon arrival at the food centre, park in the visitor parking to the west of the building or in the parking lot north of the building

What do I do once I register for the one-on-one consultation?

If you select the option to have the 1on1 consultation, we will contact you to submit information about the product you are wanting to discuss. Due to limited spots available, your participation for this portion of the workshop will be based on the information provided, and scientist availability.

How do I access the building?

Come in the main doors on the west side of the food centre. A greeter will have you sign in and lead you to the workshop location.
