Please join Nature London for a guided nature walk along the trails throughout Kains Woods. You will learn about some of the plants and animals you encounter along the trail. You will also have the chance to make iNaturalist observations for the City Nature Challenge!


We will meet at entrance at the intersection of Kains Rd and Westdel Bourne (42°58'14.4""N 81°22'04.3""W). Parking is available on the side of the road along Westdel Bourne.


Kathleen is a very knowledgeable naturalist that loves to share her passion for nature. Check out her YouTube channel HikingWithKathleen for engaging videos that highlight her hiking, paddling, and camping adventures across Ontario.


Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. This hike will be on uneven terrain and is not wheelchair accessible.

Community science data is useful for tracking trends in biodiversity and can inform local conservation management and land use planning. Participating in the CNC is a way for you to contribute to protecting wildlife and habitat in London!
