  • The overall purchase process: typical paperwork, conditions & costs.
  • What tools are common to use
  • What features of the property are inspected.
  • What features of the property are sometimes NOT inspected.
  • Typical cost, and other common mistakes to avoid.

The event is ideal for anyone who is looking to learn more about the home inspection process (as a buyer).

In addition, we also welcome attendees who already own but want to know more about the home inspection process. We aim to educate and bring to your attention some common pitfalls to avoid.

What you can expect: The event will be comprised of short presentations by a Real Estate Broker (Ayn MacDonald - Solid Rock Realty) and a Home Inspector (Jeff Rockburn - Rockburn Home Inspections). Following the presentations, we will answer any questions you might have.
