Homemade Potato Gnocchi, Butter Roasted Tomato Sauce with Tuscan Sausage and Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette - Ever wonder how to make gnocchi from scratch? You will get to see (and maybe even try) the process and get to enjoy it with an easy-to-make tomato sauce made in the oven. A simple green salad with a light vinaigrette completes the meal
Raspberry Ricotta Cake with Chantilly Cream - Somewhere between a cheesecake and a regular cake, this lucious dessert makes for a lovely finish

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
