Our programs are hands on, fun, silly, educational and memorable. You are guaranteed to learn a LOT, have a few laughs, and leave Honeybee Centre ready to bee a Bee Hero!

Our Home Learners Programs are recommended for children 6+ (for this lesson, children need to sit through a 20 minute lesson and during the harvesting there is a lot of waiting). We encourage parents to stay and participate, but you can also drop off and pick-up.

During this 1.5 hour class, guests learn all about how bees make honey and how beekeepers extract and pour honey. Each paid participant will design a label for their honey, pour one jar of raw local honey to take home and taste a number of mono-floral honeys!

Cost: $35 + Eventbrite fees & tax (per child, child can bring one adult, see notes below)

NOTES:

- Each paid child can bring one adult for free

- Adults will not be pouring a jar of honey.

- Additional jars can be purchased at the program for $10 per jar.

- All children 2 and over most be paid to attend.
