Described by the Georgia Straight as "Vancouver's most unique Film Festival", Horror in Seconds is back with epic programming that includes horror drag, horror-lesque, live performances and screening of 60 second horror shorts by emerging BIPOC filmmakers. And this year we have prizes for best costume.
