This session will focus on addressing physical and mental health concerns through food security, chronic pain management, and skill development opportunities. Our initiatives support vulnerable individuals in maintaining housing and fostering independence, guiding them toward self-determination. Robynn Strikwerda, Manager, Spady Clinical Access Team and Sue Lawrence will also provide an overview of the Spady Clinical Access Team’s scope and practice.
