Drawing from her experiences as a military combat veteran and someone who has faced childhood and generational trauma, Supriya Venkatesan understands the profound impact of pressure on the human body. She knows how internal pressures from past experiences, coupled with external environmental demands, can compound into a cycle of overthinking, anxiety, and procrastination—rooted in the overstimulation and dysregulation of the nervous system. Supriya will share her personal journey of overcoming these struggles, particularly in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments.

Having mastered these tools in both combat and high-pressure corporate settings, Supriya combines her practical experience with scientific insights to help you manage & overcome these challenges. By the end of this keynote, you will have the tools to limit overthinking, stop procrastination, boost productivity, and maintain your well-being.
