Efrem Berhe is a Policy Officer at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), where he has worked for over 5 years. He has a strong background in policy development, research, and government operations, including experience at Transport Canada. In addition to his government career, Efrem has been a dedicated Career Consultant, offering résumé writing, career path guidance, and LinkedIn profile optimization through his platform, Elite Candidate. He also serves as the Director of Canadian Youth Opportunities (CAYOP), connecting young people with internships, funding, and competitions.
