This conference is for Muskoka area physicians and residents, NOSM U LEGS, and interested out-of-area physicians.

Program Description:

The overall goal of the conference is to acquaint attendees with the future of NOSM in the areas of standard medical practice and interaction with medical learners

Overall Learning Objectives of the Conference:

· Define, describe, and identify your expectations as a preceptor, how to apply layered learning to your practice and how to coach up for success

· Describe teaching tools to increase practice effectiveness and efficiency, integration tips for learners, and how to collaborate with other practitioners to develop new integration practices

· Describe elements of successful promotions applications
