Elected as the first female Member of Parliament for Ottawa—Vanier in 2017, the Honourable Mona Fortier is a proud Franco-Ontarian Minister.

She is a strong advocate for linguistic duality and social justice. As a mother of three, a University of Ottawa graduate, community leader, and entrepreneur, Minister Fortier knows that it is important to come together with an ambitious plan to build strong communities.
