Speaker Bio

Robert Pete Keshane is a Traditional Healer and Knowledge Keeper from Keeseekose First Nation in Saskatchewan, and grew up with the Traditional values of his people. His teachings utilize a holistic approach to wellness, encompassing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person.

Robert has shared his knowledge and gifts with various communities in Ontario for the past 30 years.

Is it assigned seating?

No, the lodge can comfortably seat approximately 25 people. Please arrive at the top of the lunch hour as the speakers will start on schedule.

Is the event space accessible?

The Indigenous Knowledge Centre/Grandmother Buffalo Lodge are fully accessible, as is the Courthouse. Any specific questions or concerns regarding accessibility should be sent to jenne@aboriginallegal.ca.
