This information session is the prerequisite to borrowing one of the Indigenous sharing kits. It will provide participants with an overview of Indigenous history in Canada. This interactive workshop will build on participants knowledge of Indigenous culture. The final part of this session will include an introduction to the Indigenous sharing kits available to borrow by contacting Sacha or Christine.


The seven kits include: Literacy Connections, Nature Connections, Everyday Play Connections, Connecting with Traditions, Community Connections, Creative Connections and the Seven Grandfather Teachings.
