We need inner power to live well and navigate our world at this time. Inner power enables me to access the clarity, strength, courage and kindness needed to experience contentment and effectiveness in daily life.
This practical course explores 8 aspects of inner power (one per session) within each of us. When we know we have these inner powers, we can use them to improve our quality of life.
In this course, we will explore one power each week with explanations and practical exercises to experience them in action during the week.
This course will run for 9 consecutive Wednesday nights
November 13, 20, 27 & December 4, 11, 18 with a break for holiday then start again in the new Year.
PREREQUISITE: INTRODUCTION TO RAJA YOGA COURSE
This course will be delivered via the Zoom platform, you will need to download this application in order to participate.
Registration is required. Prior to the start of the course you will receive the zoom link.
When you register for the first night, you are doing so with the intention to attend the entire course.
Time: 7-8:30 pm
We begin with a meditation from 7:00- 7:30 pm.
All courses are offered free as a community service. Donations welcome.
