Frequently asked questions

Do we choose our seats when we purchase them or when we arrive at the performance?

All of the St. Lawrence Acoustic Stage Shows are general admission, which means you choose your seats on arrival. There isn't a bad seat in the house, but if you prefer to be close to the front, we recommend you arrive early. Doors open between 6.15 and 6.30 pm.

Is the Upper Canada Playhouse fully accessible?

Yes it is. For patrons using a wheelchair, the Playhouse has a number of wheelchair-designated spaces and we can reserve these for you. Please write us (at info@st-lawrencestage.com) as soon as you purchase your tickets and we will make sure it is available for you.
