Cancellation Policy:

When you purchase a seat you are comitting to the event. Cancellations take limited seating from both other students and the organizer.

We ask that you do not expect the organizer be resposable for weather/driving conditions/personal illness/conflicts etc.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transfered to another event.

Tickets can be transfered to another person by the purchaser directly or inquire if anyone is on the waitlist.

In the event that a participant is not able to attend, a credit voucher will be issued toward the purchase of paintings or prints.

In the event that the organizer has to cancel the event full refunds will be given.
