Everybody wants to be happy and free from problems; these are our two basic wishes. However, due to lacking wisdom in understanding karma, we misidentify the actual causes of suffering and remain trapped in a cycle of pain and dissatisfaction. By applying Buddha’s teachings on karma, we can discover the key to our own happiness and unlock our own potential for permanent freedom. This class is a perfect introduction to the Buddha’s teachings on cause and effect and preparation for weekend retreat on purifying negative karma.

Everybody welcome!
