About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Learn about the wood wide web and the humongous fungus diversity that penetrates within and beneath the forests, while helping the group look for as many different types along the way. You’ll never look at pizza (or forests) the same way again!

Hiking and weather-appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended for all our events. For Sarnia folks, this is a little bit of a drive so don't forget to pack snacks for the hike or drive. Alternatively, plan lunch in Port Franks or Grand Bend.
