About this event
- Event lasts 2 hours
Do you keep telling people you're OK, but you're not? Do you feel judged or frustrated by people's expectations? It's time to prioritize yourself - everyone is struggling with something - wouldn't it be nice to feel like it's not just you?
It's OK you're not OK, yet
During our time together in this inaugural session of our series, we will explore the power of vulnerability, self-compassion, and community support.
This session is for you if you're woman-identifying and
- tired of pretending to have it all together
- always helping others but don't feel supported
- wanting to feel heard and understood
Do you just want to feel good again? Feel like you're in control and at peace?
You're not alone and it's OK that we are not OK, yet
Join us for an empowering moment of discovery and authentic conversations
