Course Description: Pathology is not a straightforward science, and deviations from the typical manifestation of oral diseases are possible. The aim of this lecture is to explore the atypical presentation of common pathologic entities and to help establish a differential diagnosis that will serve as a guide for clinical management.

Objectives:

1. Identify and describe common oral lesions.

2. Develop a concise differential diagnosis.

3. Learn to manage clinically significant conditions of the oral cavity.
