As a certified breathwork facilitator and registered massage therapist I KNOW that we hold traumatic experiences and stress in our body tissues. I have personally felt and witnessed in others the release of physical and emotional pain through both breathwork and body work. I intuitively guide the session with this knowledge but it is ultimately a dance where your breath leads your body. The mind/ego can take a back seat... just watch and allow ❤️
