Just yourself--there is no need to bring anything with you. This beautiful studio has everything--mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters--everything you need to make yourself comfortable to enjoy your peaceful journey. If you prefer total darkness, then it is suggested you can bring an eye mask.

Do I need to have any prior experience with meditation?

This session is designed for everyone, whether this is your first time or if you are a seasoned meditator.
