WHAT TO BRING

Basic floor cushions and a few chairs will be available. Please bring your own cushion if you prefer, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably.

Doors open ten minutes before the event begins, and close 10 minutes after the session start time. Late entry may not be permitted; please arrive on time.

Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring along a water bottle and journal.

Can I attend if I haven't chanted before?

Of course! This is a beginner-friendly practice. You can start and stop at any time and you are welcome to just observe.

Is it ok if I arrive late?

Doors open 10 minutes prior to the session start time and close approximately 10-15 minutes after. Because this is a meditative practice, late entry may not be possible. Please arrive on time.
