Get ready for a fun-filled Easter celebration your kids won’t forget! 🎉🐰
Join us on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Party Room at 10 Vena Way for a hands-on Easter Cupcake Decorating & Egg Hunt Workshop packed with exciting activities and sweet surprises!

We’re offering two fun-filled sessions:
🕛 12 PM – 2 PM
🕓 4 PM – 6 PM

Perfect for kids ages 6 to 14, this workshop includes:
🧁 Cupcake decorating fun with all supplies provided
✨ Learn basic piping techniques using different piping tips
🌈 Discover the science of mixing icing colors with food coloring
🥚 A classic Easter Egg Hunt
🎶 Musical chairs and games
🎟️ Raffle prizes
🎉 Sweet surprises and more!

Parental Guidelines:
For younger children, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian stays on-site for the full session.

Kids 8 years and older are welcome to attend independently; however, a parent or guardian must sign them in and out at drop-off and pick-up.

Allergy Notice:
We aim to be allergy-conscious, but we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment. Please reach out in advance if your child has specific dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate.

What age group is this event for?

This event is designed for kids of all ages! Activities will be age-appropriate and engaging for toddlers to pre-teens.

Do parents need to stay during the event?

For younger children, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian stays on-site for the full session. Kids 8 years and older are welcome to attend independently; however, a parent or guardian must sign them in and out at drop-off and pick-up.

What does the ticket include?

Each ticket includes access to all activities: cupcake decorating (with all the tools and supplies provided), Easter egg hunt, musical chairs, raffle entry dinks, snacks, prizes, and more!

Will there be food or snacks available?

Light snacks and drinks will be provided. If your child has allergies, please let us know when registering.

Can I register multiple children?

Absolutely! Just select the number of tickets you need when checking out. Each child needs their own ticket.

Is this event nut-free or allergy-friendly?

We aim to be allergy-conscious, but we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment. Please contact us in advance if your child has specific dietary restrictions.

What should my child bring?

Just their creativity and excitement! We’ll provide all materials needed for decorating and activities

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is free parking available on-site at 10 Vena Way, however it is very limited. There is a plaza across the street with parking available. the buzzer # to get in the facility is #6448.
