This workshop is for parents/caregivers with children aged 2 to 12 years. Participants will leave the workshop with the resources and content to manage stress in their children.

By participating in this workshop, parents/caregivers will:

·Learn how to recognize stress in children

·Identify how you can help children learn to manage stress
