On the menu tonight:
Salmon dip to start: Made of roasted and smoked salmon
Ceviche de camarón - a traditional seafood dish that's easy and simple, with citrusy, fresh, and vibrant flavours
Sopes de frijol y chorizo - a thick handmade corn tortilla with a small border to keep the yummy fillings from spilling out, filled with a thick stew of beans and chorizo.
Salsa macha - this salsa provides both a layered taste and sensation. For flavor, it gives a rich and complex spiciness that's tempered with sweet and salty notes and an earthiness that grounds all the zippiness that comes from the chilis.
Churros con chocolate - crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside and coated with cinnamon sugar, these delightful treats are served with a chocolate dipping sauce and served with a Mexican hot chocolate.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
