    You are invited to join us at the Vancouver Lawn Bowling Club in Queen Elizabeth Park for an evening of fun and hopefully sun! Come lawn bowl and enjoy Rain or Shine ice cream.


    Lawn bowling is a sport with many traditions. Like curling, there are a few rules, a number of conventions, and a reliance on fair play and sportsmanship. Experienced lawn bowlers will lead us through the rules and a few games! No experience needed.

    Where: Little Mountain, Queen Elizabeth Park, Vancouver


    From the Vancouver Lawn Bowling Club: The park is bounded on either side by Cambie St. and Ontario St. From Cambie, please use 33rd Ave., or from Main St. use 37th Ave. to access the park entrance. Look for signs for Lawn Bowling near the Rose Garden, or the Pitch & Putt.


    Transportation: Parking available in a paid lot, or free street parking in the area. A moderate walk from the King Edward or Oakridge-41st Canada Line station, or short walk from multiple bus routes along Cambie, Main, and 33rd Ave.


    Cost: $15 (includes bowling and an ice cream cone)


    Note that WCE is an inclusive community. While our events are curated for those working in consulting engineering, much of our content will interest those working in similar industries – you are welcome to be part of our community.
