Leagues as Diverse Spaces: Diversity & Inclusion Mentorship Cafe

A safe space to talk about diversity and inclusion practices at the Community Leagues and to share templates, tools, and ideas. 

Discussion Questions:

• How is your League currently working with diverse members of your community?
• What are some practices your League takes to be more inclusive?
• Have you partnered with any BIPOC organizations to bring diverse events to your community?
• What resources and support does your League need to increase participation in your neighborhood — especially from underrepresented groups?
• Does your League have a land acknowledgement in place or other policy and procedure that invites thoughtful reflection about reconciliation? 

The Group Mentorship Café is a series of virtual spaces made available to Community League volunteers in a variety of board or volunteer positions.
