LGBT+ TTRPG Night at the Board Room Game Cafe!

Join us this April for an evening of LGBTQ+ games and fun! We've recruited some amazing volunteer Game Master's to run some Queer Role-Playing Game One-Shots! And no prior experience is required to play at their tables!

To participate in this event, review the options of the different games below and sign up for a seat at the table that interests you the most!

Admission is $10 each (+tax and Eventbrite fees), granting everyone access to both the event, and our collection of 600+ board games before and after the event (provided there is space)!

Please note, the cafe is All Ages for regular games, but these LGBT+ TTRPG games have a few age restrictions. Be sure to check the description of the game you're signing up for to make sure it's right for you. Any guests under 14 must be accompanied by a chaperone!

Join Ashe (they/them) for Pigeons 11! All Ages!

"The City of Osperage has the continent of Harbourage's largest queer establishment "Kitty's House". A 3 story bar and halfway house which is home to Drag and Burlesque performers and anyone who is queer and without a home. The bar has approached your party for help with a request for help they received. The town of bilgewater has a small but thriving queer population. The local baron is known to be extremely welcoming and kind, celebrating all of his people. However lately he has withdrawn into his estate and has sent guards to start raiding the few queer owned businesses in the town. Your help is being requested to investigate the baron's change of heart and put a stop to the corrupt raids one way or another."

Come with a premade level 5 character and your own set of polyhedral dice

Adventure Hook from the GM:

" "Where the Devil Lies". Only the desperate or foolhardy turn to the demon Flauros for help. Perhaps you are both. You and your friends have gathered at the abandoned Holy Host Church to summon the demon and beg for your deepest desires, but devils pay their bargains with blood. Will you survive to see your wishes come true? Will you leave the church a more wretched soul than you entered? Or will you never leave at all?"

"You are magical kitties. Every kitty has a human. Every human has a problem. Be a magical kitty and solve your human's problems. Did I mention there might be witches, aliens, or hyper-intelligent raccoons? Being a magical kitty can be hard! Work with your friends to save the day."

"Just a quick trip, you told yourself. Get the bjärnå you needed for the kitchen and the övkjeld for the front hallway. Sure, you always get caught up in the cafeteria and looking at the stuffed animals, but not this time! That was the plan. You probably shouldn’t have taken that “shortcut” between bedroom essentials and the lighting department. Now you’re trapped, isekai’d into a fractal labyrinthine department store overflowing with Scandinavian charm and minimalist aesthetic, being hunted by strange creatures and subjected to mind-bending interior design. Can you escape alive? And more importantly—are they out of meatballs?"

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Seating is limited so please let us know if you can no longer make it! If you have to cancel for any reason, please email events@boardroomgames. ca.

Tickets cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of the event are eligible for a full refund on ticket price. Tickets cancelled less than 48 hours are eligible for 50% refund. There will be no refunds for no shows.
