As many former BigCo employees transition to founding or joining startups, their industry expertise and innovative thinking are fueling new ventures and accelerating growth. This influx of skilled professionals has invigorated Calgary's tech and startup scene, leading to increased activity, collaboration, and investment opportunities in the region. The result is a vibrant startup landscape enriched by the diverse experiences and insights of these new entrepreneurs.

Join us for an evening of inspiration, new connections and innovation. Life After BigCo (LAB) is a dynamic networking and growth event designed specifically for individuals who have transitioned from large organizations into the startup ecosystem. This event celebrates the surge of talent and innovation that has emerged in the local startup community due to these transitions.
