Please join us on Sat. Oct. 19, 2024 from 9:30 - 11:30 am for a litter pick-up and wetland walk at Heart Lake Turtle Trooper's adopted park!
Help us keep our adopted park clean for the animals & community! Learn about our native turtles and the many species of flora & fauna that we are lucky to enjoy at this beautiful parkland.
Where: Donnelly East Park, Brampton (Southwest corner of Sandalwood Pkwy & Heart Lake Rd). Meet at the onsite parking lot area.
This event is hosted by Heart Lake Turtle Troopers, in collaboration with People Against Littering.

Frequently asked questions
Parking is FREE onsite at Donnelly East Park. The lot is accessible from the eastbound lane of Sandalwood Pkwy, before Heart Lake Road. Additional parking is available on Esker Drive or Forestgrove Circle (walk in through the Esker trail to reach the Donnelly East parking lot).
Supplies will be provided for litter-picking including garbage bags & gloves. We will have a limited number of "litter-pickers" available for us, so please bring your own if you have one.
There are no washroom facilities onsite. The closest washroom is located at the Esso Station on the Northwest corner of Sandalwood Pkwy & Heart Lake Rd.
