About this event

Join Drea Campbell & Heidi Martin for a unique kids program that includes Yoga, learning about frequency, and how to play sound bowls. Each week will be themed around a different frequency/chakra, bringing wonder and mindfulness to your little ones.

Frequently asked questions

Where should I park?

Parents may park in any parking lot and escort their child into the building and to the Yoga room. They may also use the loading zones provided. Parents are not permitted inside the Yoga room.

What should my child wear?

Children can wear any comfortable clothing. Shoes are removed at front entrance. Socks optional.

What does my child need to bring?

There is a water fountain located near the Yoga room, however, you may send your child with a water bottle. Please make sure your child has had a snack and used the washroom before they are dropped off to the Yoga room.
