This workshop, developed and facilitated by grief counsellors at Victoria Hospice, is aimed to help people learn to live with their grief, following the death of a person who is important to them. We recommend that you give yourself at least one month after your loss before attending this workshop due to the overwhelming nature of grief.

- Explain how grieving naturally works to help us live with our losses
- Identify ways to support healthy adjustment to loss
- Explore your continued connection to the person who has died
