Loving Lamb - September 7

Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.

We're back into the kitchen for a night featuring locally grown lamb and ALL NEW RECIPES. Not only is lamb a rich source of high-quality protein, but it is also an outstanding source of many vitamins and minerals.

What's on our menu?

Lamb Chops with a Mint Garlic sauce makes for an elegant dish that is fit for any special occasion. This will be at the top of your list for easy gourmet, complete with an ultra flavorful and tangy garlic mint sauce.

BBQ season isn't over, so we'll be making Lamb Burgers with our favourite greek inspired toppings including a home made tzatziki sauce.

Get ready for autumn with a stuffed squash recipe that is hearty and full of flavour.
