This time is used to find your spot in the room and make sure you are comfortable. Senja will provide an introduction of herself, her practice, and what to expect from the session

5:40 PM - 6:20 PM

Practice


Senja will guide the class through meditation, breath work, and gentle movements to cultivate relaxation and grounding.

6:20 PM - 6:30 PM

Closing Out


An opportunity to connect with Senja to ask any questions about the class or practice as well as connect with other students to build connections and community.

Low Sensory Yoga & Meditation Class

Join Senja in the multi-faith space, UNC 316, for a calming and inclusive yoga session designed for individuals who may benefit from a quieter and more relaxed environment. This class is open to all levels. Senja will guide you through gentle poses and breathing exercises to help you unwind and de-stress. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with your body and mind in a soothing setting.

The following accomodations will be provided:

  • Low lighting
  • No music in a quiet space
  • Optional music - bring headphones and playlist links will be sent out upon sign-up
  • Accessible Postures - focus on breathwork and meditation with gentle seated movement
