Cyclebar San Mateo's second anniversary is here and we partnered with them for a rejuvenating morning of fitness and community: a morning run or walk followed by a recovery yoga session with Jennifer Tipton, CBSM franchise owner and yoga therapist.


Yoga improves flexibility, core strength, and breath control, which can reduce injury risk and enhance running efficiency. Whether you're a seasoned runner/yogi or just starting your wellness journey, this event promises to invigorate both body and mind. All paces, ages, and skill levels are welcome!
