What: Community Sweats are 1-hour complimentary workouts hosted in our store or on our community space (lawn next to the store). Classes will be led by local ambassadors and instructors who are certified and excited to guide you through a sweat session.
For this Community Sweat we will be hosting Long Beach's own Happy Out Run Club! Run in community head trainer Alex, from Orange Theory for a 3 mile or 5 mile run.
Cost: Running with Happy Out is free with eventbrite sign-up (must be signed up here).
When: Warm up will start promptly at 8:30AM so please arrive early to find parking and walk to our store. We recommend parking on E. Marina Drive across from Barry's or utilizing the 2 hour parking spaces surrounding the mall. We do not validate mall structure parking but your first 90 minutes are free.
What to bring: Please bring comfortable shoes and water. You may bring your own towel to dry off. We will not hold personal items.
Post class: You are welcome to mingle, hydrate, and hang out after the run is over. The store will not open untill 11AM on Sunday.
