​​Lisa has been an active real estate investor for over 14 years. Along with her husband Troy, they started “accidental landlords” with their first rental property and since then, have expanded their portfolio and knowledge. With experience investing in 3 different provinces, Lisa has been involved in everything from house hacking to short-term rentals, rent-to-own, self-storage, and now focuses on multifamily residential properties. Together with Troy, they currently own over 100 rental doors (and a few more joint-venture doors), and are continuing to grow and expand.

​Lisa is all about holistic, whole-life success, and a big part of her “why” is her belief that generating wealth and cultivating purpose play a role in happiness and wellness, and that it is an opportunity everyone deserves. Lisa & Troy help Canadians purchase their first - or next - multifamily property. Together, they also host both in-person and virtual networking events, bringing together real estate investors, experts and professionals to share knowledge and inspiration and help others create success on their terms too.
