Join us as we sit down with our very own Navin Jetha to talk about how you can learn to take control of your body's physical reaction in times of stress. Being able to control your breathing can physically slow down your heart rate and make your brain a little sharper. Combine this with slow movement and stretching and you can reduce long-term physical discomfort in some cases and improve your stability by strengthening those smaller stabilizer muscles.
In this discussion, we will explain how this works and what you can do to set yourself up for success!
