This full day retreat is for women that are looking to re-connect to their creativity through art, meditation and yoga with Lisa Marie. You will create a painting art mandal with artist Suz Jansen.
Throughout this retreat we will have yoga, meditation, journaling & reflection, yoga nidra + teachings on inner awareness and how to connect inwards and an art session painting your own mandala.
After this retreat you’ll return home with a tool belt of skills that will help you to be aware of when you are connected to your true nature and how to find greater inner peace, presence and re-align to your true self at any time.

- Introductions & Welcome Circle
- Gentle Yoga to nourish yourself
- Meditation and Breathing Techniques for stress reduction, improved energy and re-alignment to inner peace
- Teaching Session: How to work with your thoughts to reduce stress, create greater peace & come back to our true nature
- Journaling Exercise: For clarity and re-alignment to your highest self
- Break: Light snacks will be provided
- Creative Art Session -Art mandal with Suz
- Restorative Yoga class and Yoga Nidra class - For Stress Reduction & to Rest the Nervous System
