Because of the supplier issues, I am only able to provide black colour tables. Feel free to bring different version (if you have one). Just make sure it is no larger than 17”.

You need to have at least basic experience with mosaics, and are using the various tools.

We will work over mesh and then transfer it on to the table.

Although the workshop will be held as 6 sessions , you will have some homework in order to finish the mosaic on time:)

Firstly, you need to draw your design on a 17” diameter paper before first class. It you have design ideas, let me know and we can start working over it. If you need help for designing, let’s do it together.

1st week – preparing the mesh and your design, choosing colours and start gluing.

2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th week – gluing, gluing, gluing ….. At the end of the 5th session the mesh will be installed over the table .

6th week - grouting and cleaning.

All materials and equipment for the workshop will be supplied

Class covers cutting, proper adhesives, substrates, design/layout and grouting. Students are introduced to a wide variety of materials (to be used during the class).

Depending on your design, you may not able to finish in 6 weeks. In that case, I can provide extra time and space before the 6th session (only with reservations).

All materials are included.
