Malas with Juliana

Join us for a relaxing and creative afternoon at 355 Pl. d'Youville where you'll learn to make your very own malas with Juliana. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and tap into their creative side. Juliana will guide you through the process step by step, so no experience is necessary. Come solo or bring a friend - it's sure to be a fun and fulfilling experience!

Juliana will support us in creating a Mala meditation necklace. Made of 108 beads, with one larger Guru bead, each Mala bead serves to ground your intention, focus your alignment and serves to hold the energy generated throughout your prayer and/or meditation.

During this workshop, you will create your own Mala with provided and purchased materials. Juliana will guide us through the purification of the stones/beads and lead us through developing our intention to permeate the Mala.

*Tools will be provided *Includes larger/Guru bead and string.

*Beads/stones must be purchased additionally. Prices depend on the type of stone or gem purchased. Prices begin at $30.

*Please note that a refund will only be issued if the minimum of 6 required attendees is not met. Max.: 12 participants

Juliana nous aidera à créer un collier de méditation Mala. Composé de 108 pierres, dont une plus grande pierre Guru, chaque perle Mala sert à ancrer votre intention, à focaliser votre alignement et à retenir l'énergie générée par votre prière et/ou votre méditation.
