About this event

Management Series

In collaboration with the Mental Health and Addictions Leadership, Human Resources Department, Quality Risk7 Patient Safety , Health PEI Finance, Payroll Services, the management series will provide new leaders with the relevant knowledge, skills and tools to assist them to fulfill their leadership roles within Health PEI Mental Health and Addictions Services. The 5 sessions included in this series will be offered 3 times a year in the 1st, 3rd and 4th quarter covering topics related to:

1. MHA Human Resource New Leader Training

2. MHA Department Budgeting & Finance

3. Leadership in MHA,

4. Peoplesoft, Performance Development & Attendance Management

5. Quality & Patient Safety Responsibilities in MHA
