In this live 90-minute virtual workshop, we will explore why a healthy balance matters to entrepreneurs. We will identify some pitfalls to avoid and some healthy strategies you can implement to safeguard your mental well-being as a busy business owner.

Through training, mentorship, micro-financing, and other customs supports, Rise helps individuals develop the skills and access the capital they need to build a small business that can improve their quality of life and enable them to support their families and communities.


Since 2010, Rise has financed, trained, mentored, and coached more than 3,000 entrepreneurs and disbursed more than $4 million via 900+ loans.
