Confidence Bootcamp Terms and Conditions
Registration and Payment:
- Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Early Bird pricing ($197) is valid until February 8, 2025. Regular pricing ($297) applies for payments received after this date.
Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are available if requested by February 15, 2025.
- After February 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued except in cases of unforeseen emergencies, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Attendance:
- Participants are expected to attend all four days of the bootcamp. No refunds or partial credits will be provided for missed sessions.
Behavior and Participation:
- Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants is mandatory. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
- Active participation in all activities is encouraged to maximize the benefit of the bootcamp.
Health and Safety:
- Participants must inform organizers of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements at the time of registration.
- The organizer or instructor is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the bootcamp.
Liability Waiver:
- By registering, participants (or their parents/guardians if under 18) agree to release the organizers from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the bootcamp.
Photography and Media Release:
- Photos and videos may be taken during the bootcamp for promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to your image being used in marketing materials unless you opt out by notifying us in writing before the program begins.
Program Changes:
- The organizers reserve the right to adjust the schedule, activities, or location of the bootcamp due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
Data Privacy:
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program administration and communication purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
